With over 25 years of experience and more than 5,000 children supported, Jess brings clear understanding, warmth, and practical insight to families and professionals who want more than surface-level advice. Her background in education, psychology, and child development spans from birth to 18 years, giving her a grounded and holistic understanding of what children need to thrive and what adults need to feel confident in their role. She has worked alongside children, families, mentored educators, and supported school systems to create environments where children feel seen, heard, and valued.
